First, the sad news: today is Colleen’s last day. But, there’s good news too: she is starting a new adventure. She’s headed to (literally) greener pastures to participate in a farming apprenticeship focusing on sustainable agriculture at Potomac Vegetable Farms.
Although the spread wasn’t all fresh vegetables, we wanted to send her off with best wishes, a full stomach, a forget-me-not, and an afternoon food coma.
If you want to follow Colleen on her travels (we will be!), she has promised to blog and tweet about her new adventure. We’ll post links and first day pictures when we get them.
