Stokefire Launches New Website - Designed By The Sun (and webmeadow)

Chickens and Ducks take advantage of situation and raise a ruckus.

Springfield, VA. -- November 8, 2007

Stokefire, a leader in the verbal branding industry, today took the wraps off of their new website, developed by talented folks at webmeadow.  The new site went live after business hours on November 8th.

"We loved working with the webmeadow team," said Tate Linden, Stokefire's principal consultant.  "They helped us build a site that really gets our personality across.  And the fact that we can say our web development had a zero carbon footprint?  That's pretty cool, too."

Aaron Parkening and Eileen Webb from webmeadow were unavailable for comment when this release went to press.  Evidently it had something to do with chasing ducks.  Or maybe it was chickens.  Either way, the team at Stokefire thinks they'd have said something about how wonderful it was to work with a team as creative as we are, that we had entirely reasonable requests for functionality and design, and that we're not too shabby in the looks department, either.

Stokefire - a DC area firm specializing in verbal branding (or more simply "naming stuff") was founded in early 2005 and has established itself as a premier source of names and brands for associations and organizations in the mid Atlantic region.

webmeadow - a solar-powered web-design firm located in the wilds of New Hamphire - develops top-notch websites and back-end systems for companies with a conscience. Or for those who just appreciate good work from good people who happen to have a conscience themselves.
