Results: The successful rebrand resulted in interest from the American Society of Association Executives and a feature article on how to engage membership to ensure a successful rebranding process.
Trivia: The first time we heard from STIPDA they told us (tongue firmly in cheek) that our client contact form was broken because their 50+ character name wouldn’t fit in the field.
