Challenge: Get people in a major metropolitan area to care about the poor condition of the region's roads.
Scope: Billboards and Bus Shelters
Results: How about the proposal and approval of an extra $1million in pothole repairs within the first week of the campaign. Also - concrete's message and asphalt durability issues were the talk of NBC TV News, and covered by newspapers, financial blogs, and were even analyzed by the region's top science museum.
Trivia: Did you know that concrete is nearly impervious to potholes? Now you do.
